  1. What makes your products different?
    • Our products have unique motifs with various patterns and colors which are not owned by another brand cap. The motifs themselves are almostly done manually by hands.
    • Neat design in progress, including inside design.
    • Made using quality raw materials and carried out by people who are qualified in their fields.
  2. Can I order a cap with a motive of my own?
    • You can send us the pictures you’ve designed, then we will try to create a pattern according to it.
  3. Can I order a cap instead of normal size?
    • Sure you can. This is one of our services to satisfy our consumers.
  4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    • Basically, there is no minimum limit for the purchase of our product. For large and continuous order, or purchasing for resale, the prices will be cheaper.
  5. Can I become an official agent for Peci Classic Exclusive and how?
    • Off course you can! After we make a written agreement   with the easy terms and mutually beneficial.

  6. Does Peci Classic Exclusive has a cheaper products?
    • Actually we have a varied price for the same motif, the price difference is adjusted to the raw materials used. But as product standards and to maintain the quality of a cap,  we use the best raw material prices are relatively more   expensive.
  7. How do I order?

  8. What kind of payment do you accept?
    • We accept payment via Bank BCA, Paypal, and Western   Union. You can check the menu Order for more details.
  9. What currencies can be accepted for payment?
    • For the moment we only accept payment in the currency   Rupiah (IDR / USD) and U.S. Dollar (USD / $).
  10. I live outside Indonesia. Can I make an order?
    • Our target markets are not only for people who are in   Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam, but anyone, anywhere will we serve the best, although in very small amounts.
  11. How long can I receive the cap after the order?
    • If there are no natural disasters, your order will arrive   within 2-10 days depending on the number of orders and the amount of cap stocks that we have. We will notify you before the payment process.
